About Me
My Love For Radio and Music
In 2015 was when my love for radio shown through my production work. I felt so alive and different to be on-air. Playing music for two hours once a week was so exhilarating. I felt like a natural on air. Later that year, I made the decision to change my major to Radio Broadcasting and it was the greatest and best decision I have ever made.
Radio work is a lot of hard work, but I’m enjoying it immensely. I’m thriving in my
production work - creating new projects like it is nothing at all. Pro Tools comes easy to me. I know the shortcuts like the back of my hand. Being on-air is still as exciting and new every day I walk into the studio. But I love it. I love everything about music and radio. The thing is, I follow music like normal people follow the news. I have Twitter notifications sent to my phone whenever my local radio stations' (KIIS, KROQ, KYSR, KCBS, KFRG) tweet out new things. I’m almost always one of the first people to know when my favorite artists are coming out with new music, and I take pride in that.
Radio excites me. I love hearing news about my favorite bands and artists. I enjoy the
thrill of being live on-air and introducing songs. I can whip up a quick production projects with great satisfaction for my work quality. I enjoy bonding with people through music and being able to share why songs or artists mean something to me. Music is my LIFE. It’s what makes me happy, and that’s all I want to surround myself with for the rest of my life.
Among Other Things
I'm just a quirky and nerdy gal, who enjoys music, food and pop culture. I love to laugh and create memories with my friends and family. When I'm not too busy raving about my love for radio and music, I can be found hiking or dancing the night away at my favorite rock concert.
I like to keep engaged with friends and other social media users on Twitter. Twitter is usually where I keep tabs on the latest happenings of my favorite television shows or movies, or if I want to see what my favorite actor is up to next. It's my favorite platform to communicate with people I normally would never see or talk to on a normal basis!

Among other things, I'm simply just a passionate person who will do anything I set my mind to. I love challenges and learning new things. I can always be found having a smile on my face. I figure, life's too short not to do the things you're passionate about - so go do it all. Don't simply end up just living in this world.
